    I called to order a 54.99 icream maker CSR spoke very sofrt or not into head set asked CSR if she was speaking into the mouth piece of her head set , asked if she was looking dow, CSR raised her voice at me told me to turn up the volume on my phone , stated it is explained that I have worked in call centers b4 and if you are looking down when using a head set it cuts UR voice off , instead of taking the information as a helpful FYI she raised her voice stated she has been doing this for ?? years , kept up the bla bla bla asked to speak to supvr. supervisor ???     I bought an instant wardrobe that broke in a month, and a glass coffee table set that's so cheap that even when its correctly put together it falls apart. Tried to get a refund for just those 2 items since I bought $800 worth of furniture on the site for my new apartment, and im highly disappointed with this companies quality.     bought 3engraved necklaces for xmas..1 broke that day 2cd broke 3 days later. was told I could get a refund or replacement..been since dec 28th and I even sent a second and third email..still un resolved!!! .will say very cheap quality also bought a Ginnys toaster oven from them died last mth..it was 15mths old!!! for the price it shouldn't be junk yet..cut up my card and I warn everyone..cheap products for high price..     Ordered a Full recline zero gravity chair with massage Technology #EY75860 on Feb 4, 2015. Called on Feb 10, 2015 and asked about my order and was told there was a problem and they would like to substitute for another chair. They should have contacted me(e-mail or phone)when the problem occurred, not me having to call them. They said they would have a rep contact me and they didn't. Called today and canceled my order.   • Shameful bait and switch with regard to credit 'preapproval!



    I have received MANY Seventh Avenue catalogues each screaming preapproval! UP TO $400! I finally called and was assured that the approval was real and decided to order a dish drainer which was a grand total of $30 shipping. My credit is not perfect, but not bad. I have recently been offered and APPROVED for new credit cards (with low rates for that matter) and even have a card (a new card) with a $2500 limit.   • Don't Send Gifts From Seventh Avenue



    I received a Christmas gift from my father that he purchased from Seventh Ave. When I began the exchange process I could not believe the circus I was put thru. I sent the gift back and filled out their forms and even called to make sure the process was done correctly. They said they needed to talk to my dad who paid with a credit card...no problem, call him and I even called good ol dad and told him they would call.     I placed a order with Seventh Avenue last week, i received my order this week and it is beautiful, i am so happy with the bed shirt, comforter, curtains and shams. I was a little dissapointed with the size of the decorator pillow but no big deal. I also ordered the 5 qt slow cooker and i love it. The cooker the bag it is perfert.     I have been getting slammed with there catalogs touting "Credit Pre Approved" so I order a table (WELL under the "pre approved limit") and they held the order indicating that I needed to make a down payment (my credit is STELLAR)and again they are claiming to give me a line of credit far more than the item cost.     I have written this company more than once. I am a very good customer of theirs and have paid my bill early monthly, and cannot believe how they treat their customers. Three months ago my finance charge for the month was about $1.76. Since then of course my bill has gone down however for the last two months they have been charging me well over $9.00 finance charge per month. So I have paid nearly $20.00 in two months for a finance charge. This is outrageous and I can't get a response from them.     I ordered 2 gift certificates through seventhavenue.com and LUCKILY I ended up just using them myself because after I placed my order, and waited, and waited, and waited, I called into their customer service line to check on the status of the order to find out where it was and they told me I still had a balance. I was annoyed at the fact that they didn't make contact to fix the issue. Then to make it worse, the NEXT day I checked the status of my order and they CANCELED the ENTIRE THING!! Ridiculous! they were too lazy to fix my order so they cancelled it my order called for 10% down which was no problem--now i placed a new order and they want 50% why? it was a matter of a few days and their error---debbie

I placed an order on 11/19 was required a 10% down payment which was no problem. A few days later before I paid, i wanted to change some items. The girl placed me on hold for 45 minutes. Did not know what she was doing. I called back and was told by another girl that my order was cancelled and to redo my order. I redid my order 11/24 and now they want 50% down. Why? the original amount was 10%.How can the amount change in 3 days? I keep messaging them and not getting any where with that. If the employee was not ignorant, I would still have my order with the changed items with a 10% downpayment. What kind of employees or business do they have?

I have a grill that I have yet to put together,it has so many parts nuts and bolts,the instructions are just crazy.you have to be a rocket scientist to put it together. I will not order anything else that has to be put together,instuctions aren't clear.

I paid my account off and they still say I owe them money.they don't send a real statement all they send is what I owe them.i have all my checks written down and when I paid.and I'm still getting letters and bugged by them....im tired of it......this needs to stop...

well i dont have a problem as of yet but i did get a helicopter from them an it doesnt have all the parts ,so i asked for a new one an no responce as of yet this has been over a month now .an the pots an pans i got from them are no good they are not non stick an they have schratches just from a dang spatular ..come on seventh ave please honor you stuff send me what i asked for i am makeing my payments .........

Was told by Seventh Avenue representative that if I payed my payments on time they would report to Credit Bureau. I was trying to build my credit. Have purchased over a thousand dollars from them. I go check my credit score and there's nothing in there from Seventh Avenue! I call them, get transferred 3 times before I'm finally told they only report delinquent accounts! What a waste of my time! No longer buying from them. All they wanted my money, make sure they report you if you don't pay and but not interested in reporting when you're a good paint customer! Disgusted!

Seventh Avenue sends me a cataloge approved credit line never ordered from them, so I made an order. Recieved an e-mail confirming my order, confirmation number. Six days later recieved a letter from them taking away the credit they gave me, oh my gosh this has never happened to me, although they would be happy to take another form of payment! I don't think so. Who does this poor, poor customer relations.

I had a account with Seventh Ave for many years. I ordered three times this year with no problems, had a 1,000 credit line. All of a sudden they denied my order, and wanted 50% down claiming they could not verify certain credit information. So I called them. They claimed 6 months prior a payment had not been made. Never told never called and never showed when I made my monthly payments. So I called and it was supposidley corrected. Ordered again a week later and again denied. So I called and was told that they would need 50%. I told them to cancel my account was told okay and hung up on me. Got a email today saying my account was canceled.

They never even tried to keep me as a customer

Nice thank you for 10 years of business.
